As a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his work.


John's career spans a decade in global consulting and 25 years as a Global Head of Human Capital Strategy, Performance, Learning, and Talent within prominent financial, technology, and healthcare organisations. His expertise in assessment and strategic integration enables companies to identify and nurture internal leadership talent globally, measure and enhance engagement, and collaborate with compensation teams to build scalable behaviours centred on dialogue and learning.


Throughout his career, John has honed his skills in leadership assessment, development, succession planning, and coaching. He excels at empowering teams and cultivating high-performing talent ecosystems. He believes in the power of active listening, as reflected in his philosophy that sometimes all that is needed is to say, "I hear you." This approach underscores his commitment to fostering open dialogue and understanding within organisations.


In his role as a partner at Predict Partnership, Eric leverages his extensive experience to enhance organisational performance through three key areas: leadership optimisation, team engagement, and talent management strategies.
